Motherhood is hectic. We forget a lot of things.
You are up before everyone. You cook, pack bags, work, settle quarrels, pray, and carry the whole house on your head. By night, your body is begging for rest.
And somewhere in the rush, the words slip away. “You are beautiful.” “I am proud of you.” “You are doing so well.”
Honestly, it’s not your fault.
But our children are so delicate. Our children are humans too, they’re just little. They have emotions. They have ego. They have pride. The same way we need someone to tell us “You’re carrying this so well,” they need it too.
Neglect it one more second, and we might be sitting on a time bomb about to explode.
The good news? You don’t need more time. You need a better way.
And here is what nobody tells you: the fact that you are here, thinking about your child’s heart at the end of a long day, means you are already a good mother. This is simply help for the mother who is already trying.
